In 1976, I was a 13 year old boy at home alone in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho when I heard a knock on my front door. A boy scout stood at my porch and offered me the purchase of a raffle ticket for $1.00. I tracked down a dollar in the house and purchase 1 ticket. To my surprise, I found myself on the front page of the newspaper with my brand new blue Honda XL70 motorcycle that I won!

Front page news hits again Thursday, April 3rd, 1980 in the Lewiston Morning Tribune (Idaho) when I was 17 years old. There I was roller skating down the levee hand-in-hand with my two friends on a beautiful sunny spring day.

The Seattle Times Front Page, December 2, 1989 me and my family broke the story of a small town man (my brother Brian) from Idaho was diagnosed with AIDS and my family began an awareness campaign for the afflicted and community.

December 26th, 1989 Lewiston Morning Tribune (Idaho) my family (Bonnie and Breezi) made the front page when my brother Brian was the first in the region to be diagnosed with AIDS. Always involved in the latest research medication from the University of Washington, he still lives to this day (2023) even though we have laid to rest many of his partners and friends.

At 27 y/o on June 6, 1990 in the Life Chiropractic College West newspaper called the “Life Lines” I was nailed on the front page in the perfect split jump reverse frisbee catch!
